We ask that those that join the WhatsApp group or attend follow these team tenets so that we can get the most out of our time together. We recognize that it will take us all working together from many different viewpoints to solve the climate crisis and in order to be productive we must have an established foundation and way of being with each other that builds trust. Conscious Collaboration is different than team work and we hope that these tenets serve the process that we are all in together and allows us to proactively address the climate crisis before it's too late.

  1. We recognize that we are all forever equal and only equal, no one better than anyone else for any reason.
  1. We commit to the tenet that no one controls, pressures, intimidates, forces or dominates anyone else through any means, process or mode of influence in this process. These dynamics would not constitute a conscious team paradigm and our teams do not have leaders and we do equally collaborate.
  1. We are not against anyone or anything, we are for unity, solutions, unconditional love, peace, service and collective equality and healing
  1. We are all willing to surrender all egoic patterns, and in-group biases. All Voices are recognized as constantly equal in team process.
  1. We all have skills, abilities, & valid & key contributions to make, and all that are offered are accepted to be necessary to this process.
  1. We all choose to treat each other with respect & to hold safe space for each other & keep our agreements and commitments
  1. We choose to always interact with love, and to respect other's process & boundaries.
  1. We recognize that any part of this process can be coopted and used for control and safety purposes or exchange and transaction dynamics by the ego-identity, and we agree to be aware and optimally accountable for the proactive resolution of such dynamics.
  1. We agree to always consciously operate in humble, emotionally mature, tolerant, emotionally vulnerable receptivity to all other participant's contributions.
  1. We recognize that neither information, expertise, knowledge, nor leadership alone is the complete answer to the world's or humanity's challenges.
  1. All of us will constantly learn & evolve, & none are right and none are wrong in any of these developmental unfoldments. I.e. No one is better than anyone else.
  1. We choose mutual acceptance, caring, kindness, tolerance, patience, peace, support, nurturance, compassion & empathy, service intention and constructive conscious collaboration in all of our interactions with all others.
  1. Weaponization of any politically correct judgmental critiques or personal or organizational evaluations for affectation of personal agendas, values or expectations are not allowed. We do not engage in or with drama for any reason (no victim, perpetrator, rescuer dynamics, gossip or case building), nor do we advocate it in any form.
  1. There is no process of ego identification or in-group bias identification in the Black Hills Environmental Coalition process, and we are not a 'group' that creates an identity to separate itself through competition. Narcissism will not be tolerated as it is antithetical to conscious collaboration.
  1. All collaborating participants are initially offered a degree of tolerance in acclimating to these tenets. The World Systems Solutions’ vision and mission are critical to the evolution and transformation of our planetary life process. These tenets are intended to uphold the integrity of the vision and mission. Any energies or dynamics of personality or in-group biases that attempt to take focus away from the vision and mission will be addressed and resolved and any person expressing or operating from these tendencies may be asked to leave. The WSS Vision and Mission (parent group of Black Hills Environmental Coalition) can be read here: https://wssnow.org/about/
  1. Evolution, healing, transformation and non-competitive conscious collaborative co-creativity are messy, and they will lead to a new order of human collaborative effort and are the solution to the climate crisis.
